How to Share the Presentation

How to share the milestone presentation with a live shared link.

Summary

• To share the completed presentation -
• Go to Share in the upper right hand corner of the viewer, and click Generate Link (Next)

• Click Generate Link and check Milestone Presentation Mode

• Define the share options and presentation settings
• 'Force share link to be in optimize performance mode' - check to reduce graphic resolution for reduced computational/internet requirement
• 'Enable Expiration Date' - check to force the share link to expire on the selected date
• 'Hide milestone dates' - Check to show hide dates and show only the index (wk, mo, ms) on the milestones

• Set the start and end milestone for the presentation
• Note: Milestones denoted as 'Hidden' will not be included in the shared presentation

• Click Generate Link, and the link has been automatically copied to clipboard
• Click Download QR Code to share link as a QR code
