2.4 Measuring a Crane Radius

Here are some quick instructions for measuring a crane radius with a variable jib length/angle.

1. Change your view to 2D (Shift +T)
2. Click on the Review Toolset
3. Select Measure Distance
4. Select points on a flat surface (with little or no elevation change) representing the center of rotation and the jib end.
5. Right-click on the annotation and select View as combined tags
6. The Dist value will show the radius of the crane
