How does the cmBuilder AI Bot work?

Our AI chatbot ("cmBot") is powered by a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) generative AI system, which utilizes our user guide to provide answers. It does not use or train on user data, nor does the underlying AI system access or store any personal information.

The cmBot is currently in beta testing phase. We will work to improve it as we receive feedback from users. Also note that while measures have been taken to limit inaccurate results and inappropriate responses, at times the experience may not work exactly as expected.

At any point you have the option to talk to one of our team members by selecting the "talk to a human" option.
