Data handling (summary):
cmBuilder uses Google Gemini via Google’s paid services. Refer to Google’s official documentation for the most up-to-date details on data usage and retention.
Notes from Google’s Paid Services terms:
- Prompts and responses (including files such as images) are not used to train Google’s models.
- Data (pixels/images/prompts) may be temporarily logged for:
- Safety and abuse monitoring
- Service operation (transient storage or caching)
- Some services allow generation of original content. Google won't claim ownership over that content.

cmBuilder uses Azure OpenAI models hosted through Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. Refer to Microsoft's official documentation for the most up-to-date information data usage and retention.
Notes from Microsoft's documentation:
- Prompts and responses are not available to OpenAI or other providers of Models sold by Azure.
- Prompts and responses are not used by providers of Models sold by Azure to improve their models or services.
- Azure AI Foundry stores and processes data to provide the service and to monitor for uses that violate the applicable product terms.
