How to create a cmBuilder project using a Procore project

Note: Follow these steps if there is a Procore integration already set up by the admin. If not, please first setup the integration between cmBuilder and Procore!

1. Click the down arrow next to "Create" option at the top of the Projects window.
2. Select the project creation method - Create from Procore.
3. Select a project from Procore on the list.
4. Click "Next" to confirm selection.
5. Set up map tile on the pop-up window.
6. Click "Next" to confirm setup.
7. Select users to grant them access to the project.
8. Click "Create Project" to confirm actions.

How to view linked Procore projects in cmBuilder

1. Click on the Projects tab from the side menu. Linked Procore projects will display a Procore badge on their project cards. 
2. Select the project you wish to view in the next window.
3. Click on "Open project in Procore" to open and view the Procore's project page on a new tab.

How to import users from Procore to cmBuilder

1. Click on the Integrations tab on the list menu.
2. Click the "IMPORT USERS FROM PROCORE" button on the integrations window.
3. Select users on the list to bring in from Procore and assign them a company role.
4. Click "Confirm User Creation" to send out these invites.

How to unlink a project from Procore

1. Hover mouse pointer over the linked project card.
2. Click on the three dots at the top of the project card.
3. Click "Unlink from Procore" on the dropdown menu.
4. Click "Yes, Unlink project" to confirm actions.

How to link an existing project in cmBuilder to a Procore project

1. Hover mouse pointer over the unlinked project card.
2. Click on the three dots at the top of the project card.
3. Click "Link to Procore Project" on the dropdown menu.
4. Select a Procore Project to link.
5. Click "Link Projects" to confirm actions.

How to disconnect Procore company space in cmBuilder

1. Click on the "UNLINK" button on the Procore Integrations page.
2. Check the box on the pop-up menu that saves changes.
3. Click "Yes, disconnect" to confirm changes.
