Company Admins have access to set up high-level settings for your cmBuilder company space, including:

1. Date & time formats (1)
2. Domains (2)
3. Security (login and authentication) (3)

Configure date and time formats

Change how times and dates appear throughout the app and projects to suit your company's preferred time format.

You can choose to show dates as:

• Index only: This shows only milestone number without any notion of dates. Use this when you dont any want date commitment and keep discussions focused on sequencing rather than timing.
• Relative date: Shows weekly or monthly breakdowns without specific dates. Uses weekly view for smaller scope projects and monthly view for larger projects.
• Calendar date: Shows both weekly/monthly breakdowns and specific dates. Use this for more realistic commitment.

Register domains

By adding your company's email domains, you can make sure invited users with (1) registered email domain and (2) non-registered email domain are managed differently.

1. Users with registered domain: Automatically invited as a Member of the company and assigned invited company as their home company.
2. Users with non-registered domain: Automatically invited as a Guest of the company.

*Exclusion: Each user (email address) can only be a Member of one company account. Users with registered domain and home company assigned previously will be invited as a guest only

Set login and authentication method

💡 Note: SSO is available with Premium and Enterprise subscriptions only

You can enable single sign-on (SSO) with an identity provider (IdP) and choose how users authenticate themselves.
