Company Role Hierarchy

Inviting Users to the Company
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Use the "Invite Users" button on the top right corner of the Users page.

2. Add the user's email address on the menu provided.
3. Select the user's company role from the dropdown menu.
Note: Users can only invite others users who would occupy a lower role within this hierarchy.

Editing Company Roles
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Click on the three dots menu next to the user subscription list.
2. Click on the "Change Company Role" option on the dropdown menu.

3. Change users' company role from the dropdown menu provided.

Removing Users
Removing users from all spaces
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Click on the three dots menu next to the user subscription list.
- Select "Remove User" on the dropdown menu.

3. Read and check the box on the pop-up menu that details the user's removal from access to cmCore products.
4. Select "Yes, remove User" to confirm this action.
Note: This removal can only be done to users who belong to the SAME primary company.

Removing external users from company space
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Click on the three dots menu next to the user subscription list.
- Select "Remove User" on the dropdown menu.

3. Click "Yes, remove user" to confirm this action.
Note: This removal is only necessary when removing users from a DIFFERENT primary company.

Removing or Adding users from specific subscriptions
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Click on the three dots menu next to the user subscription list.
- Select "Manage user subscriptions" on the dropdown menu.

3. Select "Remove access" next to the user subscription app you wish to restrict access to.
4. Click "Change subscription" to confirm this action.

Re-inviting Expired or Pending Users
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Click on the three dots menu next to the user subscription list.
- Select "Resend Invite" on the dropdown menu.
