8.3 Presentation Settings

*Branding customization options are available for Premium and Enterprise subscriptions only.

Presentation Settings allow for customization of the presentation player interface which includes a label, timeline and sometimes a logo. These customization will be visible to all viewers of the presentation and include.

Accessing presentation settings 

Presentation settings can be accessed from the Timeline section when in Presentation Mode

  • Click the Presentation Mode button (1) to switch to Presentation Mode.
  • Click the button with the wrench icon (2) 
  • The Presentation Settings side sheet (3) will appear on the right.



Settings and Customization

The Presentation Settings side sheet includes a preview of the presentation viewer and options for the Label Card & Timeline as well as Branding for Premium and Enterprise subscription tiers. 

You can adjust:

  • Label Card and Timeline: Control date display, timeline step size, and milestone information.
  • Branding: Customize colors and add branding. Available for Premium and Enterprise plans.

Branding

💡Note: Branding is available for Premium and Enterprise subscriptions.

From the Presentation Settings Sidesheet next to Branding, click Customize to edit the presentation branding. You can customize your Timeline color, Milestone label text, background, and border, as well as your brand logo.

  • Timeline color: Customize your Timeline color by clicking on the color picker (1).
  • Label: You can customize your Milestone label text color (2), background color (3), and border colors (4) by selecting the individual color pickers.
  • Display logo:  Toggle on/off (5) and select your desired logos by clicking on the logo library (6).
  • Click the Back button in the header to return to Presentation Settings.

Label & Timeline

Configure presentation date settings, toggle the timeline display, adjust date units, enable auto-scaling for Milestones, and customize Milestone display options.

  • Display Label:
    • Display label (1): Turning this off would hide the Milestone card on the top left in Presentation mode
    • Display next milestone (2): Select to display the upcoming Milestone as part of the Milestone card
       
  • Display Timeline:  
    • Display Timeline (3): Turning this off would hide the Timeline at the bottom of the screen in Presentation mode.
    • Select the Auto-scale timeline option (4) to have your Milestones automatically scaled across the full width of the screen in the timeline bar.
       
  • Show Dates as : 
    • Show dates as (5) controls how dates appear in the Timeline:
      • Index only: Shows Milestone numbers only.
      • Relative date: Shows dates relative to the project timeline, such as Year 1, Month 1.
      • Calendar date example: Shows calendar dates, such as January 2024.
      • When Relative date or Calendar date is selected, you can choose the date unit:
        • With Auto-scale timeline on: choose Months or Weeks.
        • With Auto-scale timeline off: choose Months, Weeks, or Days.
  • Unit abbreviation (6): Unit abbreviation is available only when Auto-scale timeline is turned off.
    • You can choose how date units are shortened. For example:
      • Calendar date: January, Jan, J
      • Relative date: Month 1, Mo 1, M 1

💡 Note: To hide the Milestone dates in the presentation, switch to Index only or Relative date or toggle off Display timeline to fully remove the Timeline at the bottom.
