Use the Resource Request feature to request new Resources to be added to the public catalog -available to all users. Depending on the subscription type, resource requests are fulfilled between 1-4 business weeks from the time of the request until they are available for use in a Scenario.
Request a Resource
- Click the Help (?) (1) icon and select Resource Request (2).
- Enter the generic name or specific make and model of the Resource you are requesting.
- Use the description field to mention important requirements or desired features and adjustments.
- (Optional) Upload a photo, drawing, or specification sheet to help our designers identify and build the requested Resource.
- Click Submit (3). Your request will be reviewed, someone may reach out with questions.
