9.1 Minimum Distance

The Measure Minimum Distance tool measures the absolute minimum distance between two object's selected surfaces.

To measure a minimum distance: 

1. Click Measure from the toolbar.
2. Select Measure Minimum Distance.
3. Select the surface to measure from.
4. Select the point to measure to.
5. A measurement will appear.
6. Right click on the measurement to access the delete button.

Tips & Tricks:

• It is possible to take multiple measurements at once.
• Click the ESC key to exit the tool, and measure distance to continue taking measurements.
• From the Measure tool, click Clear All to delete all visible measurements.
