9.5 Measure Area

In order to see an area measurement a Zone must first be created denoting the area of interest. Once a Zone has been created, its properties tab lists the coverage area.

To measure an area by way of creating a Zone:

1. From the Annotate tool (1), select Zone (2). 
2. Choose the surface to sketch on and sketch an outline of the area of interest.
3. Click Confirm (3) to finish creating the Zone.

4. From the Zone's side sheet toolbar select Properties (4) to review the measured Area (in Plan). Alternatively, click Edit Sketch (5) to modify an existing Zone to update its boundaries and coverage area.
