9.2 Measure Distance

Use the Measure Distance tool to measure the distance between two points anywhere within a Scenario.

Measure a Distance

To measure a distance:

1. Click Measure (1) from the toolbar, then select Measure Distance (2).
2. Select the first point, then select the second point to create the measurement.
3. The measured distance is displayed in the Scenario (3).
   • dX: Distance along the X-axis.
   • dY: Distance along the Y-axis.
   • dZ: Vertical elevation difference between the selected points.
   • Dist: Total distance between the two selected points.
4. To remove all measurements, click Clear All (4).
