The Export Slides feature allows you to export high-quality images of a Scenario's Presentation Slides. The exported images include all Slide markups and can also include the Milestone card and Timeline as displayed in Presentation Mode.
How to Export Slides
💡Note: Before Exporting slides, make sure to set up🔗Presentation slides or at least viewpoints. It is also recommended to review and/or modify the 🔗Presentation Settings.
There are two ways to open the Export Slides feature:
- Click the blue Export/Share button (1) in the upper-right corner of a Scenario. From the Sidesheet that appears, click Presentation Slides (2).
- Switch to Presentation Mode (3) from the lower-left corner. From the Timeline, locate the Slide you want to export, click the 3-dot menu (4), then select Export Slide (5).
Both methods open the Export Presentation Slides pop-up.
- From the Export Presentation Slides pop-up, select the Slides you want to export using either the Select All Displayed checkbox (1) or the checkbox for each individual Slide (2). All Slide markups are included in the exported images.
- If your Scenario contains a large number of Milestones, use Expand/Collapse All (3) to expand or collapse the list and make it easier to find the Slides you want to export.
- If your Scenario contains both visible and hidden Slides, use Show All/Hidden/Visible (4) to filter the displayed Slides.
- Click Export Selected (5). A new pop-up appears.
- From the Export Presentation Slides pop-up, select the image quality. Medium 4K (1) is recommended.
- The Screen Resolution option uses your monitor's resolution and provides options to include the Milestone card and/or Timeline as displayed in Presentation Mode.
- Select Include Google attribution (2) to display the Google logo when your export includes map imagery and data from Google Maps.
- Click Export (3) to start the downloads. Each selected Slide is downloaded as a separate image.
