The Export Slides feature in cmBuilder exports high quality images of the Scenario's Presentation Slides. The images include all of the Slied Markups and can even include the Milestone card and Presentation Timeline as seen in Presentation Mode.Â
How to Export Slides
đź’ˇNote: Before Exporting slides, make sure to set upđź”—Presentation slides or at least viewpoints. It is also recommended to review and/or modify the đź”—Presentation Settings.

There are two ways to launch the Export Slide function:

Click the blue Export/Share button (1) in the upper right hand corner of a Scenario. From the side panel that appears click the Presentation Slides button (2).
 - Switch to Presentation mode (3) from the bottom left corner. From the Presentation mode timeline identify the Slide you wish to export 3 dots button (4), then choose Export slide (5).
Both methods above will result in a pop up appearing titled: Export presentation Slides.

From the Export presentation slides pop-up, select the slides to be exported using the either the Select all displayed checkbox (1), or the checkbox on each individual slide (2). All slide markups will be included.

For Scenarios with a large number of Milestones it helps to use the Expand/Collapse all option (3).

For Scenarios with a mix of visible and hidden slides, it helps to use the Show all/hidden/visible option (4).
 - Click the Export Selected button (5), a new pop-up will appear.

- In the Export presentation slides pop-up, choose the image quality. Medium 4K (1) is recommended.
- The Screen Resolution option will use your monitor's resolution, and provides options to include the Milestone and/or the Timeline (as seen in Presentation Mode) on the exported images.Â

- Click the Export button (4) to launch the download(s). Each of selected Slides will be a separate download.
