5.5 Resource Schedule

Resource Schedule organizes the dates and timelines associated with Resources in a Scenario. Use the Resource Schedule to review Resource codes, assigned Resources, dates, duration, and the Gantt chart in one view.

Open the Resource Schedule

To open the Resource Schedule:

1. Open the required Project.
2. Locate the Scenario for which you want to view the Resource Schedule.
3. Click the three-dot (1) on the Scenario card and select Resource schedule (2).

View Resource Schedule

The Resource Schedule is displayed in Gantt chart form. You can change the time scale (1), adjust the timeline view using the zoom control (2), and export the schedule (3). When you zoom out, the timeline automatically switches from a weekly view to a yearly view (Scale View in Year). Each row lists a specific Resource or collection of Resources, along with its category and related information. The following information is displayed in a separate column for each row:

• Resource name (4).
• Resource category (5).
• Resource start and end dates(6).
• The number of weeks (7) that the Resource or collection of Resources is active in the Scenario. 
• Quantity of the Resource (8) for any collection of Resources
• The Gantt chart showing the Resources' scheduling (9).

💡 Note: The Start Date, End Date, No. Weeks, and Count columns may initially be hidden. Drag the divider between the table and Gantt chart to the right to reveal these columns.
