How to Fix Display or Loading Issues with a Hard Refresh

If something in cmBuilder looks off — changes aren't showing up, buttons aren't responding, or data seems stuck — your browser may be serving a cached (outdated) version of the page. A hard refresh forces the browser to reload everything fresh from the server.

When to Try This

A hard refresh can resolve issues like:

  • Recent changes or updates not appearing
  • UI elements looking broken or misaligned
  • Buttons or actions not responding
  • Items stuck in a processing state
  • Data visible to others that you can't see

How to Do a Hard Refresh

Platform Shortcut
Windows / Linux Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac Cmd + Shift + R

This clears the cached files for the current page and reloads it from scratch. Your account data and project files are not affected.

Still Having Issues?

If a hard refresh doesn't resolve the problem, try:

  1. Clearing your full browser cache (browser Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data)
  2. Opening cmBuilder in a private/incognito window
  3. Trying a different browser
